Brooke and Ruairi

I wanted to share a great photo of one of my new students this summer. Her name is Brooke and she is an awesome ten year old. Her grandparents own horses in Topke, Kansas which is where she started to learn to love horses and do a little bit of riding. She is excited to show her grandparents what she has learned so far.

She had not groomed or tacked up a horse before. Now she knows how to do so safely. She, also, learned a great deal about horse behavior. I hope she gets to ride at her grandparents soon as she has not made it to Topeka yet this summer.
